THREE Scholars

The critical learning path for 3rd-grade students is rooted in exposure to scientific concepts, methods, and measurement, and read longer text while making connections to current events. VIA Learning Specialists help 3rd graders in areas of accuracy, expression, and non-fiction/fiction comprehension. Also, VIA Learning Specialists challenge 3rd graders to the exploration of cultural differences among diverse populations of people, work independently, and research topics of interest. At VIA Scholar, we facilitate learning through family engagement because we firmly believe in the holistic approach to the family-teacher-scholar commitment.

The THREE Scholar certificate showcases the accomplishments of the early learner. Also, the THREE Scholar certificate is based upon a rigorous curriculum in reading, science, mathematics, and social studies while building critical social skills. At the heart of the THREE Scholar certificate are knowledge, comprehension, and exposure expressed through weekly learning activities with strong supports from the scholar’s family.
